Basic requirements:
1. Good corrosion resistance: heavy-duty coatings should have corrosion resistance from different corrosion such as chemical atmospheres, water, acids, alkali, salts, other solvents, etc.
2. Good resistance to medium penetration: After film forming, the coating need to prevent water, oxygen, and other corrosion factors from penetrating as possible.
3. Good construction performance: The coating should reaches an appropriate thickness (the thicker the coating is, the better the shielding effect is) and meets the structural design requirements.
