Types of Adhesives
1. Silicone adhesive
Silicone adhesives are mainly silicone rubber adhesives, and their composition includes organosilanes or silicone rubbers, fillers, tackifiers, curing agents, catalysts, etc. It has good electrical properties, cold resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof and non-toxic and harmless, mainly used for window glass and glass curtain wall sealing bonding, widely used in bonding metal, plastic, rubber, glass ceramics, etc.
2. Epoxy resin adhesive
Epoxy adhesives are a class of engineering adhesives formulated from epoxy binders, curing agents, thinners, accelerators and fillers. It has the characteristics of good bonding performance, excellent functionality, low cost and simple bonding process, and is used in automotive, electronics and other industries.
3. Rubber adhesive
Rubber adhesive is a kind of adhesive formulated with neoprene, nitrile, butyl silicone rubber, polysulfide and other synthetic rubber or natural rubber as the main material. It has excellent elasticity and is suitable for bonding soft or materials with very different coefficients of thermal expansion, such as rubber to rubber, rubber to metal, plastic, leather, wood and other materials.
4. Construction adhesives
It is a kind of adhesive specially used in construction, construction adhesive can not only improve construction efficiency, but also improve the quality of building decoration and increase beauty, in the construction is mainly used for plate bonding, wall pretreatment, wallpaper pasting, ceramic wall and floor tiles, various floors, carpet laying bonding and other aspects.
5. Adhesive for packaging
Packaging adhesive is used in various packaging adhesives, is a kind of adhesive used in factory packaging, used to bond product labels.
