Structure
Marine coating is a series of paints such as ship primer, ship bottom anti-rust paint, ship bottom antifouling paint, ship waterline paint series, hull and superstructure paint, various ship cabin paints - ballast water tank paint, oil tank paint, drinking water tank paint, dry cargo hold paint and so on.
Workshop primers include: phenolic modified phosphating primers, epoxy zinc-rich primers, zinc orthosilicate primers, metal-free zinc primers.
Anti-rust primer includes: zinc phosphate anti-rust paint, zinc yellow anti-rust paint, red dan anti-rust paint, other anti-rust paint.
Ship primer, which is also used for underwater parts of the ship, includes: ship paint anti-rust paint and ship bottom antifouling paint. Selection
The selected marine coatings must meet the specified technical conditions, and unqualified coatings are not allowed to be used in construction. Before opening the can, it should be checked whether the paint variety, brand, color and storage period are consistent with the requirements of use, and whether the diluent is matched. Once the can is opened, it should be used immediately. After the paint is opened, it should be fully stirred evenly, and the epoxy paint should be added with a curing agent, stirred thoroughly, and pay attention to the mixing time before construction. During construction, if the paint needs to be diluted, a suitable thinner should be added according to the instructions of the paint manufacturer, and the amount of addition generally does not exceed 5% of the amount of coating.
